Payment and Security
All prices listed are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. All payments are processed via BigCommerce, Braintree or Paypal, which use the highest level of encryption and data security to ensure your personal details are protected. BigCommerce, Braintree and Paypal securely share your order and delivery details with us, but do not share any of your sensitive payment information. Your security is our top priority and we respect your privacy. Your personal information will never be shared, sold or otherwise abused. You may review their policies here:
Items shipped to an address within Canada are subject to applicable taxes.
Purchases will appear on credit card and PayPal statements as EverleighGarden.
Once your order goes through successfully, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please check your email program’s SPAM or JUNK folder to make sure this confirmation email has not been mistakenly filtered out.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Refunds or exchanges of equal value are permitted within 15 days of the shipped date. Items must be unused and with undamaged factory packaging, appearing as they were when delivered.
Please email us to receive a link for a Canada Post Shipping label. Please include the following information:
•Address, city, state/province, country, zip/postal code
•Daytime telephone number
•Email (if different from the one that you used to send your request)
•Date of your purchase and order number
•Name and description of the item you would like to receive in exchange
Items being shipped back to Everleigh Garden for exchange or refund will be shipped prepaid by Canada Post. The return shipping fees will be deducted from the return or exchange amount. Please include a copy of the purchase receipt. In the case of a refund, the customer will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and all applicable taxes. Shipping fees are not refunded.
Once you have prepared your item to be shipped back, please send us an email with the following information:
•Courier used to ship the product
•Date the parcel was shipped
•Expected delivery date
Everleigh Garden is not responsible for lost or damaged mail. We highly recommend you purchase insurance to protect yourself from loss during shipping. We do not accept COD deliveries.
Once the exchange has been confirmed, we will contact you and ship out your items at no extra cost. Regular shipping and handling policy applies. All exchanges are final.
Please note that any products labeled as 'On Sale' are final sale products and cannot be returned or exchanged.
